Is this a good program to build links with, or it's only good to bring traffic?

If I use this program to send my link to about 10-20 forums a day, will I get banned from Google?

if you only need 10-20 forums a day, surely you dont need xrumer
xrumer can post to xxx,xxx number of links a day
its definitely not a link building tool since you get instantly banned
you use it for traffic
the ads you post can SERP and thats where youll get the traffic
you dont use your main/money site/domain
you just use a doorway or a domain that redirects to your main site

in whitehat, the number of links a site can make in a day depends on the site's age

I already have xrumer, and I wanted to use it on a main website, but only to submit to 20 day just for link building. Is that good for link building ?

Once again, NO. It is not a link building tool as most of these links will be crap and get removed. The purpose is to get traffic and juice in the short run so your SERP results increase where you will see more traffic. This is not for links on a main website, it is to be used on a shadow/doorway page!

It seems as if you are completely misunderstanding the use of this tool.

I do get it, it's not complicated. I just thought if I run it on one of my website few times a month to send to hundred forums it can build some links that can be beneficial in Seo.

But now I understand that the links carry no juice from it, and all the good forums will delete it immediately from the forum.
