Meta is smart enough to know that it's an OnlyFans ad.

It might be because you are directing the audience to a landing page that leaves a clue for Instagram to detect that the ad is an OnlyFans ad

Problem is likely the image or video you're using for the AD. I got rejected my first few ads too. Then I cleaned up my image, and now they all get approved. I never knew these worked this well, the return im getting on these is remarkable to say the least.

Adult content is banned on instagram for targeting. they figure it out by stop words and pictures. this should not be done head-on, but disguised as something harmless. there is an article I wrote about the promotion of black and grey hat, but it is currently unavailable for reading
