There are still people making good money. Everyone does not need to publish income reports to get backlinks.

OR

2. Whether Indians are no longer making blogs for Indian audiences?

I'll try to answer both questions:

1. Indians are still very much into the field of SEO. The number has only grown year on year

2. A significant portion of Indian bloggers make websites for the tier-1 countries, where the EPMVs/CPMs are very high. And those who blog for Indian audiences, are further subdivided into multiple languages (not just Hindi or English).There has been a sharp rise in regional-content blogs as more and more people have learnt to use Google for their daily queries.

The reason you may feel “Indian blogging” is declining could be the fact that we no longer see bloggers like shoutmeloud.com who publish regular income reports and motivate people to join SEO/Blogging.

While there are still many Indian youtubers who publish this kind of content, the number is less than 10 years ago.

That’s because SEO has vastly evolved in India and people now look for methods and logic that help them improve, rather than repeatedly celebrating someone’s income reports.

in a blog you should write things only you can write but important things like learning a skill and advancing the personal growth of the readers. so, the readers advance themselves with what you`re writing in your blog.
