Most of what is said in that thread is stuff we already knew, but the owner confirms it:

Content was purely scraped from Amazon using a million or so keywords, and stuffed with keywords via automation
They attempted numerous times on different expired domains, this one was the lucky 'sweet spot'
No AI-generated content was used (though they say they're now moving into that area)
They bought the domain for ~$950

No real juicy nuggets to take away, just that spam still works but you may need to use a more 'shotgun' approach to it.

How did they got all the Keywords?

Considering they had the know-how to code all this up and scale it, scraping some measly Amazon keywords would be well within their means. The data is not really protected at all, Scrapebox has the functionality to scrape them, or there are dozens of Amazon scrapers on rapidapi.

I dont mean the Amazon Keywords. I mean the Keywords for Google. Scraping KWs is easy. I mean getting all Keywords and then cleaning them up for Duplicates and checking for Intent.

If you just crape all "Best XXX" Keywords you will get alot of garbage.

From the FB thread and subsequent YT interview, I take it they probably didn't even care about intent or much filtering at all. They just blasted their shit everywhere like SEO diarrhea.
