Diff btw Google Invoice accounts and Google Grant accounts

Currently i m using googe threshold accounts.
Would like to know more about
Google Invoice accounts and Google Grants accounts.
Whats the differences between both of them ?
I Just run white hat Ads so what would be good for me .

Google grant is good for wh ads. It has higher cpc and need to be careful with account.
Google invoice need to have at least 5k$ spend the last 3 month to create it

There are ppl whol sell invoice accounts and charge a % of ad spent. Do u know any genuine person selling invoice accounts ?

Nope, as I said it's quite expensive to create account. You need at least 15k$ spend in the last year, so you need either to find such account either to create. In any case it's very expensive

Invoice is best will work same as real money and you can immediately response,

Grant accounts are meant for the NGO so it can take some time to warm up and spend money , They have limitations like max $329 per day , $2 max cpc and only search ads you can run
