Run socks 5 as a vpn

is there a way to run sock 5 proxies as a vpn?
I'm looking for a program where I can input my socks iport:credentials
and it'll create a network connection like tunnel bear or open vpn do

Socks a VPN? Not too sure about that, see if the existing programs that usually does that can run compatibility using Socks port. Otherwise, you could always get one coded, although that seems tricker typing it down now.

An experienced Chinese person in this field would tell you that there is a program called Clash. It can transform a SOCKS5 proxy into VPN mode and has clients available on all platforms.
