It will take years to learn all the above skills. Focus on a single, high-demanding skill. If you're eager to become a developer, I suggest you focus on building a SaaS application based on AI. We all know that AI has a bright future, so if you have a pathbreaking idea, you'll definitely have big success with your AI tool.
 
Personally I find sales and writing very useful in my journey. I'd add coding skills to the above too especially for online-related businesses.

Sales skill is primary. It allows one to pitch well and stand out in the crowd.

Writing skills allows one to make that good pitch elegant in writing. We may not be able to speak face to face with everyone and sometimes a well written pitch is more convincing than a speech.

Coding skills takes the sales pitch to another level. It allows one to do what he wants to showcase the pitched product or service to a bigger audience.
 
You could master the use of a specific social network and sell various services.

Definitely a field that pays well, is in demand and growing. I have no experience working in that field but would expect that you should at least go for a specialized Bachelors degree or a more generic bachelor like computer science and then a specialized master on top of it.

To use CHAT GPT effectively, ask CHAT GPT for the prompts and it'll give you the prompts itself (how much easier and cool can you get right?).

A BHW members published the idea not too long ago, it felt ninja to me. I've not tried it but it makes sense.
 
Learn to build niche websites, especially if your native language is something other than English, which I suspect it is (Of course if it's Chinese, Spanish etc. it's still hard). Competition is usually low and many topics are easy to rank with just rudimentary internet marketing tactics. It's easy to forget that there are still ton of people that require services in their own language and can easily even purchase things with a higher price if the information is served in their native language.
 
learn enterprise sales. You can start by applying for job as a SDR and learn sales skills. Then after you have had some experience as SDR you can become an AE where you will make a lot of money. AEs get base salary + commission on deals they close

Enterprise sales is also a necessary skill so AI won't replace your job.
