only if you manage to trick google into believing that it's real traffic, and only for as long as you can maintain the clicking. When you stop clicking, the rankings drop....

what do you consider "black hat links"? And how many of them did you get, with what anchors, over how long, to what type of keyword, in what niche, how good is the content, how tough is the competition for that keyword, how many (if any) of the links are indexed and d0follow, how good is your site's structure and technical SEO, how clean / safe / trustworthy is your site with google?

Tricking Google is risky.

Initially, quality blackhat links rightly pointed will give some results, but you are admitting you are gaining no traffic, so something wrong there in links.

Also,if tricking Google is this much easier, many can win results.
Better you can pay attention to both on links and search clicker
