yes and no, yes if you buy a huge ammount that can be suspicious from previous months no if you keep it under the limits example if you have monthly 50K view in your videos and you bought another 50K is suspicious try 1K or 5K to make it look there was interest on that video and looks normal instead of a huge spike of random views and the search of someone that can give quality views too if this is your mail channel and you being working on it and you do not want to risk it I do not recommend buying views, instead create a new channel and experiement there do not risk everything in your main channel.
