Is there any tips on how to mass DM and follow manually without having my account taken down by Instagram?
I'm using aged accounts but they keep disabling and restricting access to the accounts

Even aged accounts can get blocked or banned due to mass DMs. Personally, I am not in favor of mass DMs because they are ineffective. The DMs are dropped in the message request section, which usually remains unseen. Moreover, after the account is disabled, the DMs will disappear as well.

If you are doing it manually and still getting banned, I'd take a good look at the accounts + proxies you are using. If they're all dying en masse, something may be wrong with them cuz manual DMs rarely lead to bans in my experience.

I use DMs to reach out to influencers, but I'm getting limited at 5 per day. Is there a way to go around this?

But I'm not using any proxies as I don't know much about it

This means the accounts you are using have low trust scores.

The account is aged that doesn't mean it is of good quality as it doesn't have the needed trust score and actions and screentime in terms of trust score it must be like a newly made account itself.

There are many bots but you need to do a lot of testing, tweaking, and spending money.
