These are pages that lyft has autogenerated. At the bottom they state 'Neighborhood data provided by Zillow. Venue data powered by Foursquare.'
So I suspect you need your venue to be listed on foursquare for them to be able to pull the data and create a page.

I don't think you have much sway in creating these, as the pages are generated by lyft itself. So you probably need to have your business registered on Foursquare, as it looks like lyft pulls urls and other relevant data from there. Then you need your business address to be popular enough to make it into their popular routes. You can maybe affect this by taking a load of lyft rides from various locations in your city to your business address and viceversa.
