your unlimited plan has a lot of latency , i used just beginning but its too high . and your refund policy is complicated , i thought you accepted a refund with crypto but now you said we can't refund ! just see your refund policy . how could users find out they can't receive their money with crypto ? you need to have some responsibility for your mistakes . I want a refund .

it's really ridiculous , they don't accept refunds . if you don't refund with crypto so add this thing on your policy !! on what site they say we do refund and don't say anything about crypto ?
yes i believe a lot of sites don't accept refunds with crypto but they add this one on their refund policy . Just take some responsibility for your mistake and refund my money .

Misrepresentation: You Should Update the thread thing like 300MB trial and 3$/GB is not available your website is saying different pricing. Also you Should Include you have to Pass KYC before Activating 1$ Trial.
