For both of your questions, the account last for 30 - 60 days from the date of starting to use it. The credit limit is renewed monthly. So, you can use the credit limit within the first month and then also the second month until the account gets banned. Account will get banned only due to non-payment for the first month's bill. If you want to continue this account, then you have to add your own card payment and then you can continue, but you have to pay the first month's bill too, which is opposite of the purpose of this account sales. The best option for using this account is as use and throw. You can use its API to milk its credit limit.
