Hi

I am having to post here as I have not had a response regarding some open tickets and going orders unprocessed for far too long. I have had over 142 orders with you but the customer services level when something goes wrong needs major improvement as even open tickets go unresolved.

See below opened tickets all unresolved.

Orders some not processed others still idle/finished for a long time with no answer regarding why they are still open or not refunded if they couldnt be indexed. I tried to get it resolved within your site/tickets but cannot seem to get anyone to respond. Can you please refund these orders or finish processing?

Their service is absolute dogshit - and personally not something I would describe as a service.

Going to open a paypal case against them now. Would urge everyone considering to buy here, try another indexing service instead.

0 work started until I posted on here.

When I posted on here my order moved to "pending" with a couple of hours.

Here we are around 1 week later and 0 work has been done.

I may have well as just lit a $10 bill on fire. It would have been just as useful.

Awesome Indexing Rate. I submitted links in 3 parts.
Backlinks of profiles, B2b pages and some other blog stuff.

71 Links Submitted.
55 Indexed.
80% Index Rate (Exluding 2 noindex links, DUMB ME!)
Out of 16 links that were not indexed - 2 were no-index and 14 were b2b profiles and Tumblr blogs. All 55 indexed were orphaned profile links with substantial amount of content and pictures.

TAT was apox. 7 days.

Only regret is I should've asked for free credits for 10 more free links (hehe Greedy AF).
