Without any more context, that is hard to say. Sandboxing in general means running something in isolation. Could you give us an example sentence that includes sandbox? What is it regarding? I hope not fraud clicks because it’s evil and we can’t discuss that here.

No no. I figured it out. Just the time you can start posting bh ads that’s all it means. You have enough authority on the ad account that they leave you alone until you get reported or they manually check your ad for bh ads. Just cloaking your ads for bh stuff . No fraud clicks
