I want to run bh campaign on a normal account not threshold ( i pay the ads ), but always getting suspended for suspicious payement, i dont know if i should try to find a vcc that does not lead to suspension, also if i need to use proxy because i got suspended 3 or 4 times

Suspicious payments are sometimes caused by keywords. Many people think this is impossible, but it is true. If you pay for advertising normally, you will still get suspicious payments, VCC is not the reason, even if you use real CC, you will get the same result.

At present, Google's risk control will focus on the mailbox itself, the creation track and time of the mailbox's history.

Google usually does not mark IPs. At present, Google will ban some IPV6 or mobile proxies. The Google algorithm is currently mainly the time and creation track of mails.

In the past, Google was very friendly to accounts that created ADMOB and had a high success rate, but now Google's algorithm has changed to focus more on mails and ADWORDS.

Not all accounts are now at the full threshold.
