Is Scrapebox dead?

Hey is anyone still using Scrapebox? It was a good tool a couple of years ago, when I checked the most recent reviews people are complaining that there is a lot of functions that don't work properly.

Also if you have any suggestions of similar softwares I'm all ears. Thanks!

Back in time autoaprove blog commenting was a thing, same with GSA. These days such link building techniques are not cost-effective and/or not effective at all. As result not that many people use scrapebox. But lets say you want to harvest list of blogs that accept guest post, list of contact forms, check links indexation etc. Scrapebox is still swiss army knife that make every seo expert life easier.

Those reviews are most definitely lies from people that can't figure out how to use Scrapebox the correct way.

You can:
- Harvest URLs & Keywords.
- Scour the internet for AA blogs (best used as tier 2)
- Run the submitter to submit your links to those AA blogs.
- Run the mass backlink checker to check for backlinks.
- Use the proxy scraper to scrape for proxies to use with scrapebox ( I recommend buying private proxies, but the public ones still work, just very slowly).
- Has an entire group plugins that you can buy that scrape expired domains, Yelp listings, a metrics checker, an email scraper, etc.

I find myself using it daily for different small tasks so I'd say it's worth it. Just need to know what tool or plugin you need.

I bought a license many years ago, somehow i forgot which paypal i bought it with, sucks for me, had to buy it again.... So i bought it again, to use the expired domain finders. Tested all the functions, seems to still be running quite okay. Its easy to index backlinks with it with comment spam.

Then i started the "expired domain finder" module, forgot all about it for 6 months, i recently logged in to the VPS again, and my god. Mofo was still running and scanning for expired domains after 6 months, without crashing either scrapebox or the whole server. So that was quite positive, even i did forget all about it and it wasent planned to run this long x)

Just ask them which functions are not working properly? And you'll find out that the fault is at their own end.
SB gets the latest updates till date even after 12+ years. Even the comment posting feature works well, but the technique carries little to no weight now.

Same here I have it ticking away on a VM box looking for expired domains from a top backlink site.
Also harvest contact forms all the time.
Just the free plugin that downloads google images is worth the money for it - saves me loads of time
