I can't share that due to BHW rules, you will need to find your own web hosting and a smm panel to resell from (if you are reselling).
You can get web hosting as low as $1 a month and you can get smm panel scripts online for free.
Therefore you can start for as low as $1, but if you are planning on reselling, then you will need to find a smm panel that has a low minimum deposit.

If anyone is selling you at that price its prolly rip off from the original script or the script is most likely available in market, uploaded by someone and the person is just charging you for the same

3. Register to N SMM panels out there and ask for a demo balance to test their services.
4. Connect your panel to all the SMM panels where you registered.
5. Find clients and sell services using the demo money you have already.
6. Once you have money from clients, start depositing money on SMM panels to have a bankroll;
7. Buy a legit SMM panel (do not rent).
