I used to reach out the customer support of a SMM panel via Telegram as they had provided their username. Their support was not that quick, but they were managing the things very well. Most of the panels use apps like this as they are very convenient.

1000% correct I am doing the same earlier I got too many tickets for speed up , cancel etc as the service is not good but when I add the good services order is getting completed on time getting less tickets now
