If you want to use more than 3-4 accounts you need an app cloner, have always sim data enabled not wifi for detection, and switch the IP every time you work with the next account

If you will use official application and maintain limits and do not act like spammer you will not get any issues. Even without proxy you will not have any issues if you play fair. Just use sim card data for additional safety.

You should behave like a real user and do actions like them. You can do the follow, unfollow, story watching, liking actions but along with that watch reels save posts share posts to stories these basic actions keep the account healthy.
