Google algo and black keywords in foreign language

Does google detect black keywords in foreign languages as well? for example if i target "weight loss pills" but in a smaller country and using their language. will i get circumvented for this?

It happens differently. Depends on the translation. If there is some common meaning that is in Google Translate, then yes. But it often happens that in another geo it even allows you to use the same keys, not to mention the translation.
