Free Traffic Method?

Why you recommend promote in facebook groups , tiktok, and youtube if most of people already did that and it drive very little traffic and it barely convert in sales? that traffic only converts for people that have more than 10,000 Subscribers in Youtube or 10000 followers in Tiktok... for people that don't have big follower base it doesn't drive traffic!
Why people keep insisting in those social networks?? Almost never works for most people like 95%. Someone have better ideas?

ok. but did you read my last question. I will mention: "Someone have better ideas?"
It means I'm looking for other solutions or some good strategies even in tiktok or youtube if it really works...
It means I want to learn/practise whatever the thing is in order to get tons of traffic and sales. I'm open to new ideas. I already tryed facebook groups(even posting consistently good looking posts with questions and good pitch in order to get "Yes" or "more info" in comments) which delivers the most clicks but not many...., I have a youtube channel with 700 Subscribers and 390 videos which I can't get over 100 views per video uploaded, And a tiktok account which in 10 uploads just 1 become somehow viral.
If you asking if I get email subscribers through email opt-ins on my landing pages, yes I have some per day and some incoming traffic but all the 3 social networks combined delivers me low amount of traffic, like about 30 clicks daily, 2 or 3 subscribers and almost no sales.

That's why I'm asking if someone have better ideas. I need a better traffic strategy. Can you help me please?

Besides my main source of income as web designer and programmer I'm start doing cpa business and yes I already try to promote some offers in Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, Tiktok, Twitter. And even with 1000 followers average in each social netwok I can barely get traffic (as I said 100 views on youtube, tiktok videos, 50 views on twitter, on Facebook , instagram and Pinterest it delivers just 50 views and ocasional clicks to my landing page) After analysing and testing multiple posts with diferent descriptions, images, good hashtags, etc , the average results are most of the time poor : Around 300-400 views in 24 hours in all of 6 social networks and 10 clicks and I got sales each 2-3 days.
So I really need huge amount of traffic to increase sales and I don't know how...

My follower base isn't big so I need a solution to get more traffic.
