Kinda disappointed. Not only that the monitoring and half of website is now broken but price couple days ago increased from 3.5 to 5$ on top of that max ports a customer can have is 10 which means max 10 ip addresses. Bullshit. Sadly this provider has been ruined by their own developers.

Yeah this exactly, there's been many issues. First of all they implemented KYC, having the site requiring you to give them ID.. big red flag. So when I tried to purchase another GB of their resi proxy product, the site declined and said I needed to do KYC to confirm identity. I couldn't process payment otherwise.

It then said that the KYC was needed in order to start a trial, even though I had previously purchased the same pay per GB plan?? Clearly some issues going on, but ultimately that experience w/ the KYC removed my interest of being a returning customer. So many other services that don't force you to give ID just to use pay per gb proxies.

I tried checking again a week ago but the card payment option wouldn't even work. And now they gave the Pay Per GB option a price bump haha

Yep, big disappointment. I will have to switch to different provider due their bullshit limitations to max 10 per customer. It's so stupid, i don't know single provider that limits their customers from potentially spending more money.

ps : their unlimited residential ips are not good at all . you can't change the city and with every request your ip changed , The fraud score is too high . but limited residential ips are good .

unlimited bandwidth service is basically scam . i bought 100 thread plan of unlimited bandwidth proxies . quality of the ips were pathetic and there was vast difference in the quality ip quality . i need refund or change my plan to bandwidth limited

Nice! Didn't know Geonode was in BHW hahahaha. What option do you guys recommend for Spotify botting (or is it not allowed?). I signed up a month ago. I found the interface of the personal account very complicated, I had a hard time figuring it out. It didn't fit my needs, but that's not the proxy's fault. Just a different format.

your unlimited plan has a lot of latency , i used just beginning but its too high . and your refund policy is complicated , i thought you accepted a refund with crypto but now you said we can't refund ! just see your refund policy . how could users find out they can't receive their money with crypto ? you need to have some responsibility for your mistakes . I want a refund .
