I see many people here using threshold accounts for their ads.
Many of them probably own google millions of dollars.
How it isn’t considered fraud? How this is so common?
How people not getting in trouble for that

because they are indirectly making google money.
By adding higher bids they force everyone else to bid higher

Google doesn't care this is like pocket money for google.

If Google has to legally pursue all the people and all the companies that churn & burn Google Ads (threshold) accounts, then Google will have to shutdown within a few days due to bankruptcy !!! Do not forget that such big companies do not use the services of some random lawyers down the street. Such big companies, especially for such cases, use (empanel) big law firms, which obviously have fancy juicy pricing and especially for a company like Google, such pricing by law firms (their empaneled law firms), are always fat, chunky and juicy pricing structures, to the extent that recovering every US$100, would end up costing Google (Ads) US$500 !!!
Moreover, almost every such big tech company always has a consideration towards wastage & pilferage : In 2022, Google's ad revenue amounted to 224.47 billion U.S. dollars, out of which perhaps less than 1% would have been churn & burn Google Ads (threshold) accounts and hence it makes no sense to spend billions of (US) dollars to recover a few million of (US) dollars.
And, even if Google Ads wants to catch churners and burners, who will catch all the people named such as Mr. Tokomokolokoyayaayuuyuu Jakaaluputayoramukaroya, (which are non-existent people) ?

A standard Company is not going to do this, Only common people will do this, And If a person using his real name and do this then it was not a big crime, I believe its civil case, Not a crime case. because he is not stealing money, but because of the bad results of his business he may not able to reply, The court will consider this too. And Google may wantedly helping them, These are an indirect advertising for them, as per the result 99% of people is becoming real customers only 1% left, and it was not a big affect

As you know many common people using cracked windows OS, but Microsoft will sue only the customers who have a lot of Windows OS in same institution, they will usually file a case if a big organisation use a lot of cracked versions, its rare that they file case against a common man (I think they did earlier). Its because they are helping people

Amazon also doing a lot of help to common people willingly

The dabt is small for each individual account.

When the debt is $ 4-5k on the account (this is possible if the account spends very quickly), then they transfer such cases to collectors who write to the mail with threats of a lawsuit.

When you say threshold account, the common thing in mind is that you spend a certain limit (threshold) and not pay it. It is not an invoice account where you could have hundreds of thousands in bills to pay when due date comes.

Never heard about this. But you should be careful with this kind of stuff.

u do relise that these accs dont have real names. how are u supposed to find that person?
