Its funny that brand loyalty with regard to services is always very strong. It's hilarious that a smaller company like the domain name providers and the worst (GoDaddy) can have more domains than a big juggernaut like Google.

Never heard of squarespace as domain registrar....the most common ones I heard are godaddy and namecheap. Why didn't they sell it to the big players....I guess our domains will automatically be transferred to squarespace?

Squarespace is a big player, almost $900 millions in revenue and over 1800 employees, founded in 2004.

Namecheap sucks even more. Go to Cloudflare or Namesilo or Netim. They are oldschool, means they won't shut you down just because some kid thinks you said some mean words.

Never had issues with namecheap. CF and namesilo fine as well tho.
