I would like to buy high-quality editorial links from a trusted seller. It would cost me around $6,000.

For the same price, I can build 10 decent PBNs on my own.

Can you tell me which one would give me better results?

Editorial links are the best if I want to be on the safe side. But apart from that, which one would you recommend to me?

I suggest going for your own PBN.

With the mentioned budget of $6000, you can build 30 to 40 quality Own PBN.

this is a hard question to answer, because it's very situational.

First of all, we would need to have all of the links you're considering getting, side by side, so we can compare them, which I'm sure you don't want to reveal (nor should you) for privacy reasons.

And secondly, managing 10 PBNs on your own is a lot of stress and work for most people, and if you know that you don't have the time or patience to put up with this I recommend you simply buy the niche insertions. And don't forget that your own PBN won't help too much (especially if you're in a tough niche) in the beginning because you need to grow the authority of those PBNs before they can offer valuable links, and this takes both time and money.

So, no matter how you look at it, editorial links seem like the best choice on blind guessing. At least from a faster results point of view...

on the contrary, your own PBNs are the safest best because you own those links. Editorial links are purchased, and if - for some reason - the seller decides to take your links down, nofollow / noindex them, dilute their power by adding more OBLs on the page, or if google devalues / deranks the pages where your links come from.... well, bye-bye $6000 :)

But with your own network of sites that you have 100% control over you are literally on the safe side (unless google still tanks your sites, of course, but if you're careful and prepare for inevitable losses the losses will be minimal, which is still safer than buying links from someone who might, or might not be in business tomorrow for whichever reason...)

But apart from that, which one would you recommend to me?
I'd say go for editorial links. $6000 is a lot of money and since you're considering paying this money for links I assume that you've done your research and you've found good backlinks, so go for these links!

Thanks for the precise answer. The quality of the editorial links will be very high as I can choose them manually before placing an order. So, I would go with the editorial links. I'll update this thread once the links are live.

If I was in your shoes, I'd go for a premium aged domain instead

I can't do that, because my website is an already established one. Also, I can't find relevant domains in my niche. I'm not running a blog.

You can Build own PBN Backlinks

I recommend you to go with the editorial links and make sure that your niche is well worth. Also, if you own a multiple money sites, you can go for the PBNs. For single money site, don't invest more on building the PBN. You can also try other links plans like High quality Guest posts and Niche edits as well.

My suggestion is Editorial and High quality Guest posts. Check each sites before going to get the backlinks from it. If its Real Traffic with good metrics then proceed it. For you budget you will get lot of options or different sites to get more visibility to your site.

Okay. So, which one should I choose now?

I personally think you should outsource the creation of pbn and management route

Because if u have another project

You don’t have to start backlinks from scratch you can use the x pbn u own

At which point you would consider guest post High quality? Monthly traffic 1k, 10k ?

Can I build 40 PBN and create links from homepage without getting caught by Google? Wouldn't it raise a flag if all the links come from homepage?
Yes, you can. But not at the same time. We have to make it in a more natural way. Drip feed and some other type of links in the middle like that need to plan to escape from Google.

How many sites you want to rank? If you want to rank only one page, wouldn´t it be a good idea to 301 redirect instead of setting up a blog and pay for hosting and things like that?

The redirect can be done via cloudflare for example, so you have only costs for the domain.

(Please let me know this is more or less a question, i´ve never tried)

In My opinion, I suggestion would be PBN because it's the cheapest and also the safest option because you own those links.

Using editorial links from reputable websites is generally considered more valuable and sustainable for SEO. Building your own Private Blog Network (PBN) can carry risks and may lead to penalties from search engines.
