as long as a marketplace has no TOS regarding AI, you should be good to go.

Yes opensea is legit, but you need upload 1000's of images. I believe there are services for that. A few hundred uploads will do nothing except if you Lucky. Opensea is totally spammed and botted. Also set the price as bid , this way you don't pay gas fees till you sell.

Opensea is very competitive, NFTs are dead, and Gas fees are high.
I would recommend trying to find an alternative way to monetise your art :/
