I see all these facebook groups and can't seem to figure out how it works or if its legitimate.
I know with tools like SEMRush only one person can be logged in at any time so do ppl coordinate when gets to use the account?
Also it seems with some services you can just ask them to send you a screenshot or CSV of what you need?

If anyone has time or a link to a quick unbiased 101 and what to watch out for that would be amazing.

I am currently using a group buy service to purchase SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others. I find it to be quite cost-effective; however, all of these services have limitations on certain features. For example, Ahrefs has a limit on the number of reports, while SEMrush restricts the number of projects. Moreover, many group buy services only function for a limited time, and their quality may be subpar, or they could turn out to be scams or stop working altogether. In general, when deciding to purchase through a group buy service, luck plays a significant role.

What channels can you recommend to look for offers? Twitter, Facebook, Reddit .,.. ?

You have experienced several group buy services, could you recommend the most reliable one you have used?

Regarding SEMrush, their licensing policy allows for multiple users to access the account as long as they are on different IP addresses. This means that multiple people can use the same account, but they cannot be logged in at the same time from the same location.

As for requesting screenshots or CSVs of data, this may be possible depending on the service you are using. However, it's important to be cautious when sharing sensitive information and to only do so with trusted sources.
