Looking for feedback on some recent development work and improvement on my internal toolset.

1st Tool
https://plantedshack.com/
  • Every post produced on this site has been created with what I call my high-value article scripts.
  • Scrapes search results for the keyword and summaries the existing content but with a focus on extracting content related to the keyword
  • Creates engaging titles
  • Creates tags
  • Assigns Categories
  • Writes the article in a multi-stage process involving 1st draft, critique, 2nd draft that incorporates the critiques suggestions.
  • Formats the article.
  • Insert tips & summaries.
  • Great for in-depth articles or listicles.

2nd Tool
https://cockroaches.ninja/
  • Quick and inexpensive
  • Scrapes google for the keyword
  • Outputs the article without revisions or critiques
  • Great for Q&A style posts.

Please let me know what if any feedback you may have, good or bad.

2nd is quite sloppy, ''cockroaches'' under Global news, Travel Tips, and Music categories...

The quality is insane, is the tool also producing the images in the post? Is the tool available?

Literally threw the posts up on a default theme, more concerned about the content rather than the design, which will take 5 minutes to fix.

Images are a challenge, for sure. I have used Stable Diffusion and Dalle to produce them in previous versions, but the quality and accuracy were all over the place. Anything with people or pets was often nightmare fuel.
If Midjourney had an API I would use that, but it's just not workable atm.
Fetching images from the SERPS is probably an option.

The toolset is not currently available, but if there's interest, it could be an option.

Really amazing. About the cockroach website, what is your plan to attract traffic? I see that it is a new domain with no backlinks.

I love the formatting on the first website, not something I've seen with other AI content tools. So every article on there is auto formatted the way they are right now with all the subheadings, tips, key points?

Not much, let it stew for 6 - 12 months. Might do some HARO work after 6 months if it's not gaining any traction. There's about 8k of articles on there, so it should rank for things.
I have done other pest sites that are perhaps 3-4 weeks old at this point, and they are getting traffic and ranking.

Yup, all formatted out of the tool.
There's some CSS added to the website for additional styling like replacing bullet points with flowers and rows of flowers before each heading.
But the <div> box for Keypoints and Hot Tips is coded into the script itself.

That would be amazing!
Question is, what format should it be?
Do it yourself tool, so bring your own API key, or something like a web front end where you just enter your keyword.

The former potentially presents problems with scraping search results and GPT-4 is required for the best results.
The latter has a cost overhead with server resources etc.

Very cool man! You definitely have a USP there if you ever decide to offer the tool for sale.

I'd assume more people would be interested in web front end as that's super convenient. Sort of like ready to publish article all auto formatted just copy-paste-publish. That's just my opinion though, could be wrong.

Thanks mate!

Why traffic is zero? But 17k backlink. That's a big redflag.
