I don’t know if it is still there, but many years ago in the downloads section there were literally 1000’s of profile pictures for social media, different packs for different people, so not just a profile picture, but other pictures you could use to populate your account.

My little advice. Avoid using celebrity photos and avoid using the same photo for your multiple accounts

Yes, but I only have a couple of accounts. Maybe it doesn't work at high scale.

Don't you check before you buy? You must have bought a clone account that's why
The normal account will have photos, and some posts. When you buy it, use it normally for a while and change your avatar to avoid checking points

Usually a quality profile will have a profile picture available when you buy it, but if they don't order one then choose one that looks clear to use as the profile picture.
