Does anyone know an email service provider that will allow us to use it for the peptides online store?

Proton and Google don't allow it, even with a paid plan. This is against their policy.

What is the daily sending requirement? Have you received any spam complaints or other issues? If the limit is approximately 100 or fewer per day, you can consider using Atomic Sender with your business domain linked. In case you receive spam complaints, it's advisable to have a spare domain for safety.

Yeah, a customer of mine promotes them, I have to route him through a smtp server in a country that doesn't GAF.

Then getting your own SMTP is advisable. Ask your hosting provider if he considers emailing after that things will be really easy to process.
