I'm researching dropshipping in the US. Creating an eBay account is really difficult for me. I'm trying to learn every day, even though computer technical knowledge is challenging for me. I'm better at literature. But I want to make money with this method, so I've been trying to learn after work. I'm buying fake information on the internet, then renting a VPS with a US IP address to create an account. Is this a problem, do you think?

That's right, the issue is IP and a clean environment. With VPS or RDP, you have to warm up the account for 1 to 3 months before creating a seller account.
As you mentioned in your DM, I think your main purpose is to sell accounts rather than doing dropshipping. If you want to create accounts and sell them, you will need a lot of skills, and it can be quite difficult to succeed.
 
I am facing difficulties with the bank section. Previously, I used PingPong for it. But now it's not possible, so I want to create an account beforehand. It's really hard to create, can you give me some advice?

Can you guide me on what preparations are needed to create a stealth account? For example, where to obtain IP, how to create fake device specifications, how to generate fake user information, and where to rent a SIM card

You have to try to come up with your own formula, the issues you raised are minimal requirements for success in this job. Sorry, I am here only to provide technical support and answer detailed technical questions, I am not here to teach you the formulas

What are the specific pros and cons of choosing personal account or business account? Does it even matter? Which one is easier to verify? Also I've heard that the name on the eBay account does not have to match the managed payments account name so you can have a debit card in your real name with an ebay account that stuff is that still true or was someone just talking about the side of the neck? Just would like to hear your input thanks.
 
I would like to ask about dropshipping. Is it true that ebay blocks seller accounts if items are sent to buyers from different addresses?
 
How can someone handle the VAT ID problem on EU business accounts? Thanks
