Well, you're probably doing something wrong. I make 10 accounts and 6 will get suspended and recovered after, and 4 will go live no problem

Yes, indeed, the so called "decision" of reactivating an appealed account (that was suspended), is taken by Google Ads' AI based algorithms and definitely luck plays a role as well. For example, I have some instances where accounts with cloaked blackhat campaigns, suspended and appealed and got reactivated !!! So, luck plays a role, as "slippages" do occur in their AI based algorithms.
Next : No doubt, sometimes, the number or % of freshly created accounts getting suspended, is higher than other times.
So, if you are creating Google Ads accounts for your usage, the name of the game, is to keep creating as many accounts as you can, ON AN ONGOING BASIS and along the way, keep appealing each and every suspended account, ALSO ON AN ONGOING BASIS. Also i want to ask pls, for churning and burning what vcc do you suggest for someone who doesnt have stripe, revolut etc in thier country, beacuase i want to majorly start but its not comfortable to work in bulk from these sellers plsu thier vccs arent so strong, what do you suggest i can use or do pls also i want to ask is it better to use residential or 4g/5g proxies, thank you in advance.
