Can't create Tiktok Account

Every time I try to create Tiktok account it shows the error: maximum number of attempts reached. Try again later.
I use android with Tiktok apk downloaded on apkmirror/apkcombo
should I install Tiktok from Google Play? My phone doesn't have Google account so if I want to use GPlay I have to log in.

Or your IP has been permanently or temporarily banned.

I create only 1 account, the first try it shows the error immediately.
I changed IP using windscribe VPN too. No help.

You mean you got the same error then you used another device to create account?
Different device on the same wifi network?

Uninstall the app, then reinstall it and create the account.

U cant do that with ip's from windscribe. 99% blacklisted by tiktok. IF u need to solve captcha while registering just stop it because for sure it fail. Try residential proxy.

Its a other thing that if u start register process in browser at the and u will se QR core with msg "for security reason complete register on mobile phoner" or sth like that...

It happened to me when I tried to log in to tiktok , I left it for a couple weeks and I came back it was normal
