Guys, tell me whats my mistake? I gave all the proofs, he gave nothing and he lied that he sent me 138$ payment and gave a partial picture and i confirmed and gave the proof with full picture that its just a partial refund of my own 550$! He gave some text which anyone can edit and you believe him? When he can show paypal image then why cant he show the screenshot of chat??

If he's not willing to give your money back then all you can do is open a paypal dispute, contact a mod here and report him. If this is true, you'd be doing everyone a favor.

As of now, people would think twice before dealing with both of yous.

He has opened a dispute. I have nothing to hide, those who know me and the situation I have been in know the deal. I contacted PayPal and I had to fax over the corporation docs that show that I was on the account as well that the money was sent to Varun.

I am trying to deal with Varun, but he seems to want to drag everyone else into the mess. There is a lot of confusion. I apologize with deepest sincerity.

I thank everyone who has backed me up and stood up in my defense.

Varun nor I are bad people, things just got led astray without the proper communication. I will try to get this resolved with Varun the best I can.

Again, I thank everyone who chimed in and I hope that more business will flow with Varun and I and everyone else for that matter.

He's going through some tough times and he could use the help, but I have full trust in his work, his work ethic, and the fact that he'll do the work and if he can't he will definitely give you a refund.

I was too nice. Everyone told me to do it but I wanted to give Varun the benefit of the doubt but then he posted this thread and tried to use it as the reason for not completing my work for over a month.

This whole situation is a complete mess and they really needed to get this resolved because both of their businesses are suffering from this one thread.

I HAVE NOT been evasive. I am WILLING to take a HIT on money that WAS MINE to begin with to end all this crap. I see no one else coming in here saying I flat out stole their money. I am still working with PayPal to get access to the other account. I am hoping Varun and I can work something out before I get that proof because like I have stated before, he is a great guy. Young and he has a bright future ahead. I don't want this to turn into a dog eat dog situation.

I don't even know why you are in this thread IAMAZEME, it's baffling me.. We have no business together and nothing.

I have tried getting in touch with Varun. I have witnesses who know I have been trying. I just want this to end so I can get more business and learn yet another valuable lesson of being careful of what I am doing in my business.

I have Varun on several different occasions so don't sit here telling people I haven't.

Varun is showed as being online here. He doesn't show in my gchat. This has happened before with Footfall99. He only comes on when it is convenient for him.
