The current monetization is with adsterra earning me about 40- 60 USD per month.

I am looking for any ad alternatives that gives out more CPM.

Why is the title adsense ban? If your adsense is banned, you can get a new adsense account easily.

You can try adspyglass which is an ad mediation service for cpm ads. (I'm not affiliated to them in any way) They claim to increase income upto 100%. And your title doesn't make sense. Were you banned from adsense?
