has anyone here taken legal action against youtube for a suspended account that you worked hard for and grown and got followers, where you succesful in getting your channel back and what did you do exactly?

i didnt do anything literally all i did was upload a video to my channel for the first time which is several years old, which was just to test something and the video was just a 5 sec video of the sea from the above from pixabay.

Then all of a sudden my channel got suspended and i got a email from youtube lol. I have done nothing wrong but upload a short tester video and that's when my channel was banned.

I have tried contacting them and on twitter but no help, so im tempting to take legal action against youtube for falsely suspending my account.
They have got a habbit of falesly suspending accounts and without reason.

its nothing to do with the video as it was a royalty free video and there was nothing else in the video but there a loads of people who use videos from sites like pixabay and other sites, without a problems but its not the video youtube.

Try considering consequences before taking legal action against YouTube. Just be calm and wait for a response from them, rushing into legal proceedings may have unintended negative outcomes.

Yes, not a wise decision. Just send an appeal and move on.

If you are lucky you will get it back.

If your channel is worth it, maybe check if you can find a service that helps with appeals, they probably know a few employees at Youtube and they can speed things up.

Contact YouTube support through their Twitter page and explain the problem to them.

How much budget you have for this legal action ? Will it be more than the projected profit from revival of the channel ?

It's useless. You're the one using their site or service. So whatever reasons, they have the right to terminate any accounts or channel. If you're just a mini youtuber, then it's a one in a million that you will have a chance to recover. Unlike those biggest company. So move on.

I also have my youtube account suspended for 1 year. I sent an appeal myself but no response. Then I tried generating email content in chatgpt and send this to youtube support email, they unsuspend my account. Maybe you can also try it.

So it depends on how you draft the mail. This actually makes sense because simply sending a mail like “ y muh account saspend?” will achieve nothing

It's funny how they reactivate my account quickly
