There is no free tool that I know of that does this automatically, either you go free and manual or paid and automatic

Twitter automation will require multiple updates per year to keep the tool working correctly.

So basically there won’t be any free tools to do this.

Twitterdub is extremely affordable to be honest you should wait until you can afford the license from there.

I don't think you will find a free tool to do this, as @Sol said, you either go free and manual or paid and automatic.

If this is your first time doing something like this, don't start with 50 - 100 accounts.

Start with a maximum of 10, that way you won't be spending a lot of money on proxies and only scale after you learn and know what you are doing.

If you can't afford twitterdub (not judging) I suggest getting both: dolphin anty & incogniton.

that should give you 20 profiles for free. You'll need proxies, and ideally 1 proxy per account.
