Every Website Building Service Looks like crap

Can anybody recommend somebody that can build a Shopify and or WordPress? Seems all the services here look like crap and they are the middleman from like $5 fiverr service. The quality is so bad and unprofessional looking. Early 2000's style or look like those cheap Chinese website with random items.

I need something that looks very professional. I put it here in discussion because I wanted to discuss the person they recommend and why, and if anybody has encounter any issues.

I'm pretty sure you'd find a decent one if you looked around and read their reviews on their thread.

You could also post on HAF, as Festinger has suggested, but you'd still have to deal with filtering/interviewing each service provider who reaches out to you.
