Private Messaging/Direct Messaging rule change enquiry

I think if a user signs up to the platform he should be able to instantly post or direct message people without having to post x amount of posts or messages.

Sorry, we have this rule in place to keep malicious users from signing up just to spam via our direct messaging system.
