Google Ads : Bidding Strategy Learning, what should I do?

Hi, I am new at running google ads for BH. Usually I got suspended so fast

Now I tried to create new ads with starting with white keywords. It is valid but why the campaign status saying Bidding Strategy Learning, is this really ok?

Or did I make some mistakes? I would appreciate anyone that is willing to guide me here.

You didn't make any mistakes; if your camp is enabled and showing clicks and views, it's fine. The "Bidding Strategy Learning" thing is just Google trying to optimize it and stuff, nothing to worry about.
