Yes, adding multiple links from the single PBN to the money site is not good & it will leads to penalty. I usually recommend do 1 link. If you want to add more like 2 or 3 you can add. But make sure that they are from relevant articles which make sense. Unless, don't add multiple links.

Also, if you own a multiple money sites you can create your PBN. Otherwise don't waste your money.
