On a serious note, @davids355 is a volunteer mod AFAIK so he probably doesn’t get paid at all.

Whatever they're being paid is worth it because BHW has managed to maintain quality because of their paid as well as volunteer staff.

As far as I've observed they don't hire paid staff too often from the members here. Most forum members end up becoming just volunteer mods.

Some mods were having signatures and obviously service providers paid them good for it. But I do not see this trend now in moderators signature.
