Is it important to use a proxy for Twitterdub?
Me not using proxy on bulk accounts won't bring any harm right?

I'll just be using it for retweets and likes

How do u get cheap proxies for up to 50 accounts?
Cheap is only possible if you have the knowledge to setup you own 4G 5G proxies using multiple sim cards.
Best option goto marketplace and look for 4G/5G proxies there.

What I have observed in all the rt-liking processes I have done is that mobile proxies are healthier than other proxies. I recommend using a mobile proxy.

Twitter dub is very bad at managing multiple proxies. And accounts get banned a lot if u have a proper strategy, would recommend paying some1 to code yourself a bot that it's not API like Twitterdub

Have you tried twitterdub with multiple accounts?
Why did you say is bad for managing multiple accounts?

Yes bro, you have to use proxies to retweet.
cheap is of no use to account running - quality is required
Yes you will definitely need proxies for bulk accounts.

Cheap proxies are not often a good idea; I also manage thousands of accounts.
Proxies are required for managing lots of accounts.
I managed 20 accounts on 1 device and I'm not having much issues, I just think I need Twitterdub to help me manage more accounts to ease stress, using it with a proxy is what I don't understand why it's recommended.
since I can handle 20 accounts on mobile, there would be no harm managing 100 on Twitterdub would they?

Of course you can manage it, my suggestion is that Twitter easily catches https request based bots. You need to use a mobile proxy to mitigate this.

You can also have a bot coded that mimics the mobile (phone) app if you think Twitterdub is not useful for a large number of accounts.

Thus, both the bot will mimic the mobile application, the fingerprint will belong to the application and you will rt-likes with the scrolling process, and thanks to the mobile proxy, you will be just like using a mobile application.

Rest assured, accounts will not be banned if you comply with the limits.

I cloned the Twitter mobile app and I'm having 20 accounts all logged in 1 device but I'm afraid it might get suspended without using proxy. 4days and no issue so far.

Managing tens of accounts on twitterdub you will need to use proxies, now twitter isn't as strict as IG and you can get away with using one proxy for multiple accounts. But not using a proxy and proper warming methods will lead to banned accounts for sure.
