Need advice on cold calling...

hello guys...
i am starting an agency and want to do cold calls...
the problem is, i am from a 3rd world country and international plans are too much high...
is there any way to do cold calls in cheap, is there any service available for it that charges $10 to $20 something and we can do unlimited calls and messages, mostly calls etc?

Haha good luck mate :)) I m also from 3rd world country and procastinating to do cold calls from last 2 days ( btw I used textnow to get US number back then )

yes, text now is a good options as well, but i think it also ask to buy credits?
 
Are you from India? Try speaking to your local internet provider. Sometimes they provide voip minutes for very cheap.

Or may be try sending pigeons. Sorry @Yes I stole your idea. :D. j/k
my internet provider do provide a landline service but the problem is they strictly says, for non-commercial only!
though, i will try to speak to them and will explain the situation...

pigeons might be more expensive than buying an international plan :P

Just use Skype and avail credits. That's your cheapest option.

Hmmm my connection also comes with a free one. VOIP minutes are different though. If they provide this service, it will be for commercial usage only. I have seen more than one out bound call centres using the same. May be you will get lucky.
