A question regarding amazon aws accounts

I have noticed there are sellers selling amazon aws accounts with a lot of credit on.
How are they able to create many amazon aws accounts with credit on all the accounts they are selling.

I mean it doesnt seem legit because i dont see how theyre able to sell multiple aws accounts, that have credit as its not easy to get credit.

Some countries off lower rates as they are "3rd world", allowing people to get high credit for cheap. Then they sell the accounts on.

Also, AWS sometimes offer discounts to large companies who need large amounts of credit and you can sometimes trick AWS into giving an offer like this.

ye but its not that simple to create aws accounts as they require to submit info of your business but if youre selling multiple accounts, then it will be hard to be able to keep creating and selling aws accounts without any issues. And wqhere would you get the info that they ask from you?

see this is what i mean they must make up info or get it online and then rewrite otherwise how else could they get the business info.

Yes, i assume thats exactly what they do XD
Maybe there are more lenient rules/laws in certain countries that make it easier.
Then once you have one set of business/personal info (phone number, address ect), AWS allow you to make up to 10 accounts using it which would allow them to scale up and sell more accounts

Also wondering.

I have heard that the accounts get banned after a while, once AWS figures out that the info is fake.

But haven't seen any dissatisfied buyers on this forum.

Still up in the air whether this is good for whitehat or long term business.

I think the buyers are primarily black hat biz owners who churn and burn through accounts
