I am looking to hire an expert that can help us setup, and send 100,000+ emails to our existing customers.

We need to ensure the emails do not get caught in spam/junk folders.

It is highly unlikely for your emails to consistently reach the inbox, even if you use Amazon SES or Google accounts. The determination of whether an email is marked as spam depends on various factors, such as your email template, the quality of your mailing list, and your domain's reputation.

If your dealing with shared smtp's then its possible.
