How can I delete business manager without personal account?

Hello gents, I need to delete my old BM, the thing is that I deleted my personal account that was the only admin of said BM.

I want to use my business email to create my new BM, and it's still associated with the old one. How can I delete that BM?

You can't erase the BM without admin authorization, and you can't recover your personal profile if you delete it permanently.
