Damn, never thought of the site, nice idea. Won't there be any problems with copyright etc? And how do you think, will people watch films on some site from Tiktok? Cause in my oppinion, they would prefer big streaming platforms like netflix and so on
Better of making a theme for yourself with the niches, and directing people to youtube with shorts and desktop videos. That way you can remix short fun clips of movie scenes and things, (check the previous post in the youtube section I made on the dude doing it with football clips) you could do the same with movie clips, and go viral from tik tok to youtube where you CAN put links in, and monetize legally with adsense.
I mean I also have a tiktok and ig in the cartoon niche which is pretty close and i get 100s of thousands of people asking me where they can watch so I believe it definetly would be effective. I mean sites like soap2day and putlocker have so much traffic so if you can build a smooth and fast site IMO it would do very good, as for copyright you will have to do some more research on how it works but there is definetly a solution as there are many movie streaming sites.

I'm not sure about cpa, but if you think about the amount of people that are doing well with ai software reviews and affilaitie links, then you would think not. Don't know what google does with links though, do they follow them to the landing page, and examine it and then report back to youtube? Sounds quite a technical overhead to add to every link on youtube but you never know. All you can do is leave it in, and see if a new video similar content and trigger points does the same then yeah, you'll probably learn this inside info.

Are they adding the links to there video descriptions or in the comments section? Maybe they monitor pinned comments? Still learning what they allow and what they don't and also all my content is shorts so I have to see how they are doing it

Well, I think google with their large system and all powers can follow all links that users drop on each video on their platform. Although it's strange, because a lot of channels put CPA links and stay out of problems
