Yes, I did. It's all about the private reviews that people leave you after you complete the order. Even If you get a 5-star review, it doesn't mean they liked your service because, thereafter, they get a survey to rate you as a seller. It's really a tricky system. Changing your title, tags, and description doesn't help like it did before.

And why would they leave a 5star review and then a bad one in private most of my clients were satisfied so i donnu really, anyway my gig is back on search now but not like before

I'm using the same account. I didn't get any new orders for a few months, but I constantly updated my gig. I think orders from old clients helped boost it again.

Honestly, I don't know. Try it. I tried it before, but that was a long time ago, so I don't even remember If it made any difference. Try to sell things that are not over saturated, and you're good at it.

So, I'm working on Fiverr from 2013, and I have like 1700+ reviews on my gig, but my gig is suddenly dead. This happened before, and I've fixed it with changing description, tags, pictures, but this time it doesn't help at all.

Do you have maybe some suggestions on how I can get back my ranking? It's basically dead, no clicks and few impressions. Should I buy reviews?

Did you stop responding to messages fast or are less available online fiverr. All these factors affect rankings.
